Tortelini with cherry tomatoes

Some days are easier than others, when I have motivation I'll make a significant meal which takes a lot of time. Other times I'll just make either a premade chicken pot pie or chicken filets and fries. This recipe is good to use cherry tomatoes from the garden although its good for anytime of year. With our resources we can buy greenhouse tomatoes. Not only does it help buy local but it lowers transport cost. Although its move affordable during the summer months than during the winter months.

To create this recipe, you'll need

A pack of store bought beef tortellini
1 1/2 cup of  cherry tomatoes
1 french shallot
a clove of garlic
1 colored pepper (yellow, red or orange)
2 Leeks (White parts, although to save time you can buy prepackaged ones).
1/2 cup of white wine

Set up for Cherry Tomato with Beef Tortellini

Fry Shallot in a little bit of olive oil

Then add the yellow peppers

Deglaze the pan with the bit of white wine

Then add the leeks

Cook leeks until tender

Add the cherry tomatoes

Cook tomatoes until they blister, add some pasta water if the sauce is to thin

Finally you add the pasta.
For us it's a simple healthy recipe when I don't want to cook or spend hours in the kitchen. You can always add some cheese to it. Enjoy!

Since the price of meat is considerably expensive. Knowing how to use them is the key. I'd prefer spending money on fresh vegetables rather than a big piece of meat.No shopping, rather occupying my time with outdoor activities and purging the house. Preparing for…

You can find similar styles as to the runway in your local thrift store. Keeping in mind, what styles have recently been shown on the runway. The local shops had a lot of the looks from the early 90's. Although classic closet staples are worth buying second hand. At times you can find luxury brand which are better quality The classic styles are worth it buying at the thrift store. Usually the fabric is thicker and the seems are tighter. When buying items you need to make sure that the fabric is thick. In the mall, we often see fabrics which are see thru, in turn they will break down or rip within a wearing it a few times. At times its worth it see whats available to buy. A classic pencil skirt in a wool tweed mix by a big name designer is worth every penny. Or a good quality leather bag is worth it also.
